Ceramic Tube
Alumina or aluminum oxide (Al2O3) in its various levels of purity is used more often than any other advanced ceramic material. Tigar Ceramic offers a wide range of material types with different property profiles that can be adjusted via a targeted matrix design.
This material has very high hardness, very high stiffness, very good corrosion resistance to chemicals at high temperature, and very high refractoriness or use temperature.
The high degree of dimensional stability of the tubes, together with their electrical insulation properties and gas tightness at extreme temperatures, provides thermocouples with optimum protection and insulation. These tubes and insulation rods can also be used, for example, as heating element supports, gas diffusion pipes, bubble tubes and work tubes.
Tubes, capillaries and rods for high-temperature applications.
Thermal protection tubes for the glass and metallurgical industries.
Rectangular tubes for the printing industry.
Thermal protection tubes for measurement and control technology.
